SNITCH STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We have a few guidelines regarding exchanges and returns that we'd like to share with you:

1. You can exchange any product purchased from our store within 15 days of the purchase date, as long as it is unused, tags intact, and in resalable condition. Please make sure to provide the original invoice/receipt and product tag as proof of purchase.

2. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges for accessories, undergarments, perfumes, sunglasses, watches, and jewellery.

3. We cannot exchange merchandise that has been altered after purchase.

4. In case of return, please note that we do not offer cash refunds or credit card payment reversals. You will receive a credit note with a validity of three months to purchase at the store. 

5. SNITCH is not responsible for any personal loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of the purchased product/merchandise.

6. Please be aware that SNITCH reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

7. During promotional offers or sales, we do not allow exchanges or returns for the merchandise sold.

8. Credit notes are redeemable by the bearer and cannot be replaced or compensated for if lost.

9. Remember to follow the inner wash care label instructions for your clothing items.

10. In the event of any disputes, the jurisdiction of Bangalore shall apply. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our Store Team directly.
