We have a few guidelines regarding exchanges and returns that we'd like to share with you:
- You can exchange any product purchased from our store within 7 days of the purchase date, as long as it is unused, tags intact, and in resalable condition. Please make sure to provide the original invoice/receipt and product tag as proof of purchase.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges for accessories, undergarments, perfumes, sunglasses, watches, and jewellery.
- We cannot exchange merchandise that has been altered after purchase.
- If you need to make a return, we can issue a credit note with a validity of three months. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or credit card payment reversals.
- SNITCH is not responsible for any personal loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of the purchased product/merchandise.
- Please be aware that SNITCH reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- During promotional offers or sales, we do not allow exchanges or returns for the merchandise sold.
- Credit notes are redeemable by the bearer and cannot be replaced or compensated for if lost.
- Remember to follow the inner wash care label instructions for your clothing items.
